About me
I am an accredited member of IACP offering help with psychological and emotional difficulties in a safe, non-judgemental environment.
I have been qualified as a counsellor and psychotherapist since 2012 and I established my private practice here in Sallins, Co Kildare in 2016.
I hold a BA in Counselling and Psychotherapy from AIT and a professional certificate in CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) from PCI college.
I have a special interest in working with maternal mental health and with menopause related mental health care.
Core Values

I am committed to fostering a therapeutic environment grounded in inclusivity, respect, and unconditional positive regard. My practice is guided by the belief that every individual—regardless of identity, background, or life experience—deserves to be met with empathy and without judgment. I strive to provide a safe and affirming space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported in their journey toward healing and personal growth. It is my intention to uphold the highest standards of professional integrity while honoring the uniqueness of each person I have the privilege to work with.
